Q: How do I place an order?

A: I do limited edition collections available for purchase every month. The release dates are announced through my social media and this website. All items are made available in very limited quantities and on a first come, first served basis. Be sure to follow my Social Media Pages & set an alarm so you don’t miss your favorite items as pieces usually sell out on the day of release.


Q: When is the next Collection Release Date?

A: Once I know the release date I will announce it on Instagram, Facebook and the header on this website. 

Usually a day or two before a release date, I’ll put up the new items as a preview. This gives you a chance to look around and decide which item or items you would like.


Q: Do you ship world wide?

A: Yes, you can find more information on my ‘Shipping & Policies’ page.


Q: How do I find my size? 

A: Please check ‘Sizing Guide


Q: What is the best way to care for my Manaka Pieces? 

A: You can wash your Manaka pieces in the washing machine on a ‘gentle wash’ cycle with cool water.

You can tumble dry on a low heat cycle, but I recommend to avoid it if possible. Iron your pieces on a medium heat setting & do not bleach.


Q: When will I receive my order?

A: If you are ordering from a pre-made collection the item will ship within 7 days unless otherwise stated. Tracking details will also be provided once item is shipped.


Q: Do you accept payment plans?

A: All payments are processed through Shopify, which ensures up to date security. Most credit cards are accepted, as well as PayPal. I do not accept payment plans.


Q: Do you sell on other websites other than

A: No! All my designs are exclusively available through this website and I DO NOT sell on any other platform Unfortunately overseas scammers have found our little niche and keep stealing images from hard working independent makers. Please check reviews on websites before purchasing to ensure security. If the price seems too cheap to be true, it probably is!
